BaseVenture wins Frost & Sullivan’s 2016 “Companies to Action” Award

We are proud to announce that BaseVenture won the 2016 “Companies to Action” award from Frost & Sullivan.

This award was presented to John Pizzi, CEO of BaseVenture, during the Growth, Innovation & Leadership: Silicon Valley (GILSV) summit held in Santa Clara, CA on September 13, 2016.

John said the following about the news: “Winning this award is further recognition of the impact that we are already having on a vibrant industry.  Private funds are the fastest growing category of investments, and we are proud to be helping our fund administrator clients and other stakeholders modernize & improve how private funds are administered and managed.”

BaseVenture was selected by Frost & Sullivan for the Companies to Action Award based on the company’s innovative Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform called “FundManager.io”.

In addition to winning the award on behalf of BaseVenture, John was a speaker in the “Disruptive Innovators” session.  John talked about how BaseVenture is innovating the way that fund administrators collaborate and interact with their fund manager clients and investors across areas like digital reporting, fund & investor relationship management, document storage & distribution, and operations & compliance, and more.

“Transformational Growth Strategies to Future-Proof Your Business” was the theme for this GILSV conference.  GIL events offer a powerful experiential learning environment which integrates collaborative think tanks, networking, visionary innovation, and inspirational leadership.
